Yes, there was quite a lot of lint; however i know over time the lint will diminish. This pic shows what i shook off after first wash.

Cons

Threw it in the wash. The biggest issue is the lint on the product. The pic shows a lint ball coming off one hanky. Your machines will be littered in lint from this blanket for days.

The weave is very loose and creates 1/4 holes is some spots. The yarn is thin and makes for a very thin/non-robust feel. One has already ripped and is thinning out.

This blanket is junk. Don’t waste your money. Gave up. Returning both anyway. Don't waste your time.

It's really aweful in comparison. The colors are much more muted than the photograph shows.

I really like the blanket and it's well made

I have purchased several of these over the years, great quality, great warmth.

I washed it and dried it twice so far - it 'sheds' a ton of little green pieces of fabric in the washer & the dryer.

It is well made and very soft.
