Pros

This one is great. Hopefully it lasts as long! Arrived on time. Y'all omgee if y'all don't get these you are crazy i promise.

I was not mistaken, i love this hair straightener. It takes me less time than my old straightener and it leaves my hair smooth and silky. This straightener is fabulous.

This hair straighter works great on my normal to dry hair type. The swivel cord is perfect for curling my long, thick hair without getting tangled up. I have thick hair and it does not have any problem straightening it.

It's ceramic tourmaline. And it leaves it silky and soft. They get your hair bone straight while leaving an almost silky shiny look afterwords.

Cons

First time there plates were cracked, returned that one. Either it's defective or it's just a pos!
