Love this great hair dryer minus the concentrator. I have a popular tunnel dryer that i love but this one is right there with it, at a fraction of the cost. Overall this is a fantastic dryer and i recommend giving it a try!

It works phenomenally and it is not too big nor too bulky like other dryers. It does not get tiring holding it after a while which is a plus.
The berta is a very strong dryer but lightweight. It is smaller than expected, and a little heavier, but easy to use. The dryer itself is comfortable in my hand and does not get heavy during use. It has a really nice weight and feel sturdy.

Quality
The matte finish, the extra long cord and the removable filter in the back are all very nice features.
It has many temperature control buttons and i like the cool button specially cuz i can go from hot to cool by pressing while in use
Drys quickly and youbcan even see where the air is hitting because of the infrared light.
The pro model has a “negative ions” feature and we honestly have no idea what benefit is provide other than it’s first-rate all-around.

Just what i have been looking for and the price was right !
I bought it because it was on sale and i am not disappointed at all!
Overall, i would say it's a good dryer but $60 seems to be a lot to pay for any dryer that doesn't magically get rid of my gray hairs!

1st package was delivered and dropped by the driver.
Had to recieve this order twice but completely worth the wait!
