Pros
Easy to assemble and it's sturdy. Only thing i dislike is that the ab roller wheel and the push up handles should have more rubber underneath especially if you have tile flooring.
It's convenient for me to exercise all parts of my body. This ab roller serves as a great exercise for me while busy working. It also has a few other pieces like the push up stands to help work those push ups on an incline making them 10x harder.

Knee pads could have been a little bigger and resistance rope could be longer with more resistance

I was scared that it will not hold my weight and just break like the other brand i bought on line which only last for 6 months before one of the pieces started to loosen
