Pros
This pan sits on top of my stove and was used almost everyday sometimes multiple time. Not a dent, scratch, scrape or imperfection in the non-stick surface. Nice glass lid.
Cons
Lasted less than 3 months. Could not flip egg. Probably the combination of a failing nonstick coating and food.

I cook at medium heat settings, and this pan cooks great with new ingredients and great for heating up left-overs!
This pan has wonderful nonstick and even heat distribution.
Fryed 2 eggs well 3 or more at a time made the yoke solid before the white got cooked.
It is extremely difficult to clean burned on grease.
Price
This is all you need at a fraction of the cost.
Packaging/appearance
I am awaiting the arrival of this pan, but i own two michelangelo, ceramic-coated saucepans and i can tell you, they are the best!

The lids fit tightly with vent holes to let out a good deal of steam

The lid handles get hot but not excessively and the handles stay cool no matter what
