Pros
The coper holds up well! Not a dent, scratch, scrape or imperfection in the non-stick surface. Non stick surface works well, cleans easily.
I use this on a gas stove and it heats evenly. If i'm cooking for long periods of time, i usually need to wear oven mitts as the pan gets hot.
Cons
Chinese knock-off with a temporary non stick film that will dissolve in about 60 days. We have 3 of these pans and the nonstick coating has been falling off now. After 6 months, it is worse than the iron pan.

I cook at medium heat settings, and this pan cooks great with new ingredients and great for heating up left-overs!
I love this pan, it’s nonstick and cleans with ease
Fryed 2 eggs well 3 or more at a time made the yoke solid before the white got cooked.
It is extremely difficult to clean burned on grease.
Packaging/appearance
I am awaiting the arrival of this pan, but i own two michelangelo, ceramic-coated saucepans and i can tell you, they are the best!

The lid handles get hot but not excessively and the handles stay cool no matter what

Just a little soak in warm soapy water is all it will ever need for the toughest 34stick34 from very hot meat searing
