Pros

It heats evenly. Not a dent, scratch, scrape or imperfection in the non-stick surface.

Cons

This pan is already ruined. It is beautiful, but absolutely worthless! It is very thin and cheaply made. Very annoying and cheap.

After scrubbing them with a sponge i finally got them clean, but it seems to have taken off the coating so now they stick worse than ever. Knob constantly falls off lid. Lasted less than 3 months.

I cook at medium heat settings, and this pan cooks great with new ingredients and great for heating up left-overs!

This pan has wonderful nonstick and even heat distribution.

Fryed 2 eggs well 3 or more at a time made the yoke solid before the white got cooked.

It is extremely difficult to clean burned on grease.

Price

This is all you need at a fraction of the cost.

Packaging/appearance

I am awaiting the arrival of this pan, but i own two michelangelo, ceramic-coated saucepans and i can tell you, they are the best!
