Customer service is non-existent, and wants to refund us less than what we paid for the items. Pots are skew, so much that the lids do not even fit.

I was a little apprehensive about buying these because of the price and in case they didnt work but i didnt want to buy plain stainless steel ones and im a firm believer that you get what you pay for

Im confident that the bottoms will stay mark free too but only for the reason that having an induction hob will mean that any spillages will not continue to cookburn on the heat and in turn mark the bottoms of the pans like it might on an electric or gas stove

I really would have loved the handles to have been made of real wood but then again they wouldnt be suitable for dishwashing or leaving to soak if they were

Update i have had this set for around 10mnths now and just last night i thought i had ruined them

Two of the saucepans had boiled dry burning the food which was totally unsalvageable and there was a thick layer of black on the bottoms which was halfway up the sides too
