Needed a chev knife for rv. Lost everything do to a divorce including my expensive chef knives. I’m ordering a second one, because at this price it is such a deal.
Cons
This 1 is a dud. It’s only been hand washed and never seen a dishwasher. Don’t go for the frequently updated sale price with coupon.

When you make sushi and roll it cuts thinly and the rice grains attached to it fall off well so its easy and good to wash the dishes
