However the biggest drawback to having an aluminum housing is the reduction in wifi signal and if you are trying to play online or update the device via wifi the speed and connection suffer greatly

If you are going to use this housing i would recommend connecting the device to the router via ethernet cable or connect a wifi adapter to the usb port when attempting to update the software or cheat database

In fact with the fan running you really could not tell if it was moving any air

Just keep in mind the fan is 5v so if you want fan control you will need a transistor to step from the 3v pin otherwise the fan will always run on full as long as the unit is plugged in
