First hunsn was very communicative in their support contacting me to validate that i was ordering the correct part the bare bones version and letting me know the list of compatible ram

The downside which is not hunsns fault was that although dhl has a strong world wide presence their residential support at least in central nj is lacking so it took 3 delivery attempts where they claimed they couldnt access the property and a redirect to their local branch office for me to pick up the device

Very little information included or online about setup or configuration of device but otherwise was pretty easy setup but i did need to plug in a monitor and keyboard for initial config
