I took the 1st vitamin today, great quality!
I get that the bag is more environmental friendly but the seal broke in less then a week and i lost half the bag when they fell out .
The first time i bit into one of these i thought my tooth was going to crack and had to double check to ensure they were chewable.

I am especially impressed with the affordability, the value, and the generous one year supply.

I can not function with b12 at around 12 i developed tmj problems i couldnt do hot or cold anything not even ice cream you know its bad when a kid doesnt eat ice cream i was told by my nature path doctor to take 10000 mcg every day i still do now ive tried going without nope

There is not aftertaste and the chewable tablets do not have an odor at all either
