Pros

The auto setting really helps you learn how to use the machine making it easy to use. After the first try you pretty much have it down and can go into the manual setting once you're comfortable. Really worth the money and excellent customer service.

Great product with great suction for my postpartum skin issue. The suction at level 3 is legit.

Skinceuticals epidermal repair. Serum is a holy grail. I use a high frequency wand & to work the serum into my skin while improving collagen production. I then apply a heavy epidersmal moisturizer.

Cons

I frankly have no idea how something so obviously messed with could have been sent my way unless this was a deliberate fraud.
