Be sure to use a microfiber wash with these by themselves not in with your tight whiteys

They ran color quite a bit onto other towels my fault i guess for mixing colors especially the first wash but more importantly they werent exactly totally lint free

In looking at the size of each towel which are about double the size of a good washcloth i purchased two 3packs for a total of six towels

I put all the towels through the washer and gas dryer twice to get off any original lint like some reviewers mentioned i didnt see any in my dryer lint trap but thats ok
