Pros
It handles well, and can soak up a lot of water. The mop itself has a swivel to help get into nooks and crannies. Highly recommend purchasing.
The pads are absorbent when used for wet mopping. There are 3 pads that are machine washable. They are easy to clean.
It swivels well and comes with two (2) pads -- one is already attached to the flat head. Two microfiber terry cloth pads, sturdily held in place with velcro. Love the swivel aspect.
Long handles are my nemesis. I am 170 lbs pushing with all my might to scrub the floor and the handle showed no signs of bending. The handle comes in four sections that push together and then twist to tighten and firm the handle.
It has a wide head and that allows for a great reach when mopping. The mop comes with a fiber comb that stores by clipping onto the mop handle.
Cons
The material is so frail that the handle bent. The handle isn't solid enough. It wiggles and doesn't stand up to even the slightest bit of pressure.

This mop is cheaper than a name-brand wet/dry mop.
It is also more environmentally friendly than the more well-known brands.

You do have to hand wash the mop heads as the instructions do not recommend machine washing
