Pros

The head swivel action is second to none. This mop does a fantastic job on my hardwood floors. We have a very big, very furry dog who sheds night and day.

Easy to wash replaceable covers. The microfiber is washable and stays good after many many washes.

The mop was wrapped in plastic wrap and arrived bent, but still usable.

It cleans and shines it nicely. If i run it back and forth along the door casings it cleans all the corners. Works like a charm and cleans floor, too.

Cons

Terry-cloth (or microfiber mop sellers like to call it) is too soft to do the job. It was broken upon arrival despite the packaging showing no undue signs of wear. Not as good as my swift microfiber mob.

It comes unscrewed from the handle too easily while i'm mopping corners. The head has a really awkward way of reloading the cloth. Difficult to use (mop head wobbles) and leaves streaks on the floor.

I usually sweep the floor with a broom then follow up with the mop damp though.

Shipping

This is fast and the mop gets under furniture and partially under appliances.

Customer service was quick to respond, but the replacement went missing during shipping.

Came in only one box - the shipping box - and was brand new!

This is my favorite hardwood floor mop, but it arrived damaged in shipping.

Competitiveness

Some hints to make floor cleaning with scotch-brite affordable, effective and the cheapest i’ve found and i never have to get on my knees.

Use a dry scotch-brite mop to sweep all floors.
