Unfortunately they sell them with the medium cuff so you have to order the large cuff if like me you have big arms.

Easy to use and apparently this is the one to buy if you have atrial fibrillation or suspect you have it as normal monitors are not accurate for this condition

I have previous bp machine which i rate highly but this one has the added ability to detect af atrial fibrilation or incorrect heartbeat
