Pros

My parses are above 97th percentile in m+ and my healing in raids are on average in the 80th and above. Wanted a mouse with an additional button to assign the magnify function.

No indents on scroll wheel make it easier and more accurate to scroll. Every mouse i've ever used has had a scroll wheel that has graduated tactile bumps that provide feedback as you scroll.

Cons

clicking any of the three main * is also very loud. The second depth click initiates zoom which there is no way to disable. It's difficult to do so without inadvertently moving the mouse and clicking in the wrong place.

The 4500, is flimsy, has a very cheap feel, and was designed to discourage service. This is the lowest-quality microsoft hardware product i've ever purchased. Do not buy this mouse.
