Highly reliable product. The mount that comes built in on it is pretty good. The camera is high quality and has a good picture.
The built-in windows 10 camera app detects this webcam fine. To adjust the camera, install skype. Those settings apply to the camera and not to skype so they will stick when using other applications like zoom and teams. It still outshines the integrat... Read More
The webcam can be used with a headset (of course) if desired. It does a good job keeping you in focus but if the lighting is too dim it will constantly try to refocus and blur your image. Otherwise a fine camera for video conferencing.
Cons
The microphone has failed. It is so ridiculously dark while using microsoft teams that it’s basically useless. That was misplaced trust.
The autofocus on this camera keeps bringing my picture in and out of focus if i move in even the slightest amount. Every 30 seconds, my picture goes blurry. Continually loses focus such that the image is unusable.
Camera only minimally turns left/right and up/down before tension from the wiring brings it back toward center. There is no software, so there is no way to put the camera on fixed focus. Impossible to open the dashboard to change camera settings after... Read More

This camera is very easy to use, high quality focus and picture, and relatively inexpensive compared to similar items.
The picture quality was the worse i ever encounter.
Not so good:-not the greatest image quality even for 720p, probably a very small sensor.
