Windows makes the same noise as when you insert or remove a usb stick. The strange key resistance is unacceptable. Push a lot to get over the initial resistance, then the resistance somehow disappears.

Quality

This is the best keyboard i have ever used and i have had it since 2011.

I love the ergonomic design, and i'll continue using keyboards like this due to their functional design and quality product.

Also, ms has terrible materials selection quality; damned letters & numbers disappear from keys much too quickly; unforgivable.

Only one keyboard failed on its own, the others have all failed due to me spilling coffee or soda in them.

Price

I found a natural keyboard for a great price from an amazon seller.

Edit: well after looking for my new keyboard, i suppose i can now understand why this keyboard went from $34.

So i decided to buy another, but the price was a shock.

The prices have increased dramatically since then.

Shipping

Used ms natural elite keyboard arrived fast, well packed, mostly clean, and space bar nonfunctional.

Competitiveness

Unlike all other brands i've tried, the letter keys are always reliable and working.

Microsoft should go back to this shape, all the newer keyboards (the last 10 years) are less comfortable.

This is the first keyboard i ever used and i've never found one that even comes close in comparison to it.

Apparently, microsoft and just about every other company out there that makes keyboards has decided that all keyboards need to be black.
