I originally rated this item 1 star, simply because i was unable to download the software to operate this product.

The product plugs in and is ready(no downloads)for use.

Had problem with shipping but seller stepped up to make it right.

All work perfectly and easily - i didn't even need to do any adjustments right out of the box.

On top of being a great mouse, it's also a great price.

(and i think i've replaced more than a couple logitechs due to the constant falls).
