Pros

You can't go wrong with the care amazon takes in assuring used items from other sellers are what they say they are or your money is refunded. Would order from merchant again. Great service and price. Happy with purchase.

Cons

This is not the full copy but just a disk you can use once. Will have to give the seller credit for quick response to my complaint, returned item and got my money back. You only have 3 downloads and then you have to purchase it again.
