Cons
The screen brightness is dim even at max brightness. The screen easily collects fingerprint marks if you try to use the touch screen. The webcam quality is terrible. The keyboard is actually hard on your fingers.
It makes me extremely perplexed and annoyed because it’s honestly a design defect. After warranty return 5 months after purchase, the new unit ms sent is again dead.

I dont know if i got a defective unit but i already had to return one to amazon over a large crack in the screen so i really dont want to go through that hassle again

Anyway given that i got such a discount i am not returning it but if this device was full price i would look at buying the macbook or other premium devices instead

I am not fully sure about battery life which microsoft suggests is quite a few hours but this is really not a great issue for me
