Pros

The screen is large and readable. It has a touchscreen which is helpful for zooming in. The touch screen is an incredible luxurious feature.

Great price, amazingly true to color, very lightweight and high quality. Took a risk but it was shipped in pristine condition. Not sure how it will wear eventually but in the meantime it's been great and comfortable.

Microsoft surface laptop feels like i stepped into a rolls royce. The keyboard is out of this world. Its cortana from the game halo.

Cons

Microsoft bran laptop is very slow. My gaming slows down, business is harder to run, everything.

The keyboard and touchpad are jumpy and randomly stop working. The ssd is soldered (=not removable). The track pad freezes up often.

Since it's four months since purchase seems i have no recourse! It is conveniently out of warranty so there is no credit toward a newer device. And in fact the new one is only a refurbished unit which many people have said the issue returns after abou... Read More
