Pros

Win7 is a win! Product works great, upgrade from vista. Software noggin is a good vendor too. Fast startup and performance of this os on older machines such as the thinkpad-g41 and dell xps400.

Cons

The mac os is not compatible with apple's ios software.

About half the time, outlook hangs up shutdown as it will not completely shut itself down. Corel photopaint often crashes with something about a smartheap error. Windows media player crashes like it's in the nascar truck series.

The upgrade from xp media center edition is anything but seamless. Areas of xp which needed improvement - take for example the xps infamous screen saver - have actually been changed and made less-user friendly. It's not worth the money to buy, but eve... Read More

Works great and had no issues with it

Installation was glitch free and there are no problems with the operating system.

It performed with the up-most stability even on the maxed out settings.

Packaging/appearance

I pre-ordered this before win7 was released for $49 on amazon.

Competitiveness

I can't believe i waited so long to install win7 from xp.

08ghz and an evga gtx 750 ti sc, which could have been playing much better at a perfect 50 - 60 fps on windows 7 is not cool, microsoft!

But win7, bit newer, 1 service pack, some updates.
