Work great on 2001 roadking, with the addition of a three phase stator i can charge my phone and gps at the same time

It took almost 2 years for the double sided tape to fall off

I have this on my motorcycle and the only problem i have ever had with it is that i got water inside it wile washing it and i had to wait all day for it to dry out si i could use it again

I wired this usb charger into the accessory circuit on my bmw g310gs in the beak one of the two wired connectors on the back of the instrument cluster display so the usb charger is only active when the ignition is on and the quiescent current draw wont run down the battery when the bike is parked

It draws so little power that it would probably be safe to splice it in parallel with the alwayson headlight or tail light

I used 50 pound tensile strength low profile cobra cable ties to secure the wiring and to mount the dual port charger to the left handlebar where its only a few inches to the micro usb charging port on my ram mounted phone that runs the osmand app for offline navigation no cellular or wifi connection needed only gps
