Pros

The back has great circulation as expected. The seat has the perfect amount of padding and the back supports my lower back perfectly. It's comfortable and sturdy.

Cons

The back is not comfortable if you lean firmly against it. The armrests are kaput. Where this chair fails for me is in the tilt lock.

This is borderline a scam item. Too late to return to amazon and of course the box has long been recycled. Waste of money.

The chair is wobbly and unstable. A weld broke on the bottom and its basic root cause is that this chair was manufactured overseas.

Very pleased with appearance and comfort and value.

Directions were not clear at all, were provided with the incorrect number of screws (more small than big) and the holes didn't line up.

The creak will probably drive me crazy so i will likely replace it for a higher quality chair.
