It's quite loud, and can be a bit rough on clothes (sometimes they come out tied in knots), but it's super sturdy, and i am happy with it.
) so i am now reviewing the product in november, after fighting to be allowed to use it.
My only complaint is i tried to get in touch with the company to ask few questions and haven't reached anyone by phone or by email.

Over all 4 & 1/2 thumbs out of five because i recieved my washer with a corner dent ( from shipping ).

First off i bought this in june but couldnt use it right away because i have a really greedy landlord a multiowner property management company with a bad attitude and no regard for the law so long as the laws they are breaking do not result in prison terms

Translation they do not care about the rights of their tenants and the laws that protect said tenants slum lord attitude

This machine is not as big as a full size washing machine but is still quite large

It just barely fits in my closet with only 14 to spare

You need to hold the machine at just the right angle to get them to roll and they don not roll well on carpet
