Pros

If you're looking for the convenience of two tablets that do everything, then this is a good option. Convenient packaging. Works more quickly than the other kind of midol. Makes that monthly visitor bearable.

Midol complete is the only product i have found that relives all my symptoms in one pill. It works so much better than ibuprofen alone. These come as capsules that are swallowed.

Didn't help for cramps at all. Didn't do a thing for bloating. Advil works better for me.
