Pros

Love it. Will be rebuying this one when his breaks. The material of this is high quality, plus it’s definitely leak proof and insulated. Wish i could replace the zipper because the bag is still perfect.

Cons

Reviews claimed it was a good size, it's not. It's way too bulky / chunnky. Freeze packs are melted by lunchtime if its above 75 degrees outside. Side pocket is worthless on this, too.
