Heavy liners inside makes it leak proof. Zippers work great. I like the zipper pouch on the front.

Bottom is big enough for a cold pack, tupperware, and bottled water. Holds a metric ton of food to last me all day with two ice pack blocks. I have a microwavable mug / bowl for soup and such which fits perfectly in the top.

The side pockets are too shallow to function for a normal size water bottle. What i dislike about this tote is it doesn't have the * the back to slide down the handle of my suitcase. Returned for refund.

The insulation is super thin, like the free promotional ones used for swag. The liner is not really connected to the lunch box itself outside of the seams/corners/edges.

Problem is that the creases where the side zippers had been collapsed have never relaxed. This makes the bag very difficult to close. I find it extremely frustrating they zippers wrap all the way around the thing on both sides.
