I can't speak to the stability of the tent stakes that come with the tent, since i used my own, larger tent pegs instead (https://www.
I didn't have an issues with the fly slipping out of place, but i'd feel better if there were a way to secure the fly to the poles.
Competitiveness
The msr uses dac poles and 20d sil and 30d nylon for the fly and floor respectively.
Overall though it’s comparable to tents that cost far more money.

Mier seems to be the amazonexclusive brand for tents that are normally from 3f ul gear occasionally branded flames creed
