Pros

Large, spacious, and well thought out. The top has plenty of room for a meal and snacks. Both compartments are spacious without making the bag too big to carry or fit in the fridge at work.

The handle is awesome. It allows for a nice nonslip grip. I also like that i can carry a lunch bag without looking goofy.

Cons

The bag is dirty and the bottom of the bag is torn up like it was dragged on the ground by my 1 year old for a good hour or two. The lower compartment is way too small compared to the upper compartment. Side pockets are worthless on this, too.
