Its easy to pack and find what you want though the top zipper being on the end of the compartment sometimes requires digging everything out to find something

Coming through a door way the closing door caught the zipper pocket and the stitching ripped out

Maybe a canvas version with heavy stitching and moving the side zip to the top on the upper compartment

I am guessing they needed to verify that it was their bag and the stitching is what failed

There appears to be little danger of the handle failing completely as the nylon strap remains intact but the handle now offers no structural support and i am concerned about eventual problems with the various zippers now that the grab handle is compromised
