Pros
The padding is quite thick and the firmness is consistent. Thick enough so don't feel the hardness of floor.
Tatami mat under the mattress makes it warm and super comfortable to sleep. My dogs also love sleeping in the mattress lol!
Made in japan, the quality is good and you can sleep comfortably. The seams are wonderful. No strange smells or anything.

It's the heaviest japanese mattress you'll find on amazon. Miina mattress will last longer, because the quality is better than other brands. I use this mattress to put toddler to nap and usually also fell asleep on it.
Cons
This is no 10 memory foam mattress. This is not even as good as a mattress topper. The foam will be bunched due to it not being quilted.
