The smell is intoxicating and relaxing. It has a earthy/grassy smell but i like it. Smells fantastic, very good for support under a tatame futon mattress.

The seams are very clean and of high quality! Have been using this mat after deciding to switch from using a non foldable tatami mat. I’m using it to put my meditation mat on to get me more in the zone.

Beautiful igusa weaving by highly skilled japanese craftsman. Looks and feels like a quality creation. You will definitely get compliments because of it.

The tatami is very comfortable as well. Softer than expected, too. Especially if i move over slightly the new spot is always cool like the underside of a pillow. Comfy enough for a quick nap or a workout by itself.

This mattress was packed neatly. Pair together with a light futon to instantly make a surprisingly comfortable bed. Great piece between the floor and mattress.

Costs a lot for such an inferior product. Likely buys them out and jacks the price.
