And the spoolie at the other end is perfect for smoothing brows into place.
Packaging/appearance
I remove this each night with neutrogena eye makeup remover and it swipes right off with no tugging.
I wish milani had this same product without the spoolie attachment with an amount that lasts more than 2-3 uses.
