A bit of a phaff compared to frothers that have the whisk at the bottom of the jug and not in the lid.
It froths milk (skimmed in our case) well and to the right temperature for our daily coffees.
I have had 2 aeroccinos ( nespresso), 1 severin, 1 dualit - all more expensive models.

Heats the milk but doesnt froth it at all if you remember what milky coffees bought in espresso bars used to be like in the 50s and 60s before barista machines came to britain then you know what you get from this machine
