It's a sturdy and attractive machine that looks impressive on the kitchen counter. The tank is easy to fill and the * easy to operate.
It heats up fast and brews fast. The heat level of the brewed coffee is good enough for drinking black. I love the bold feature, it produces a 10 degree hotter cup of espresso and coffee.
As someone habitually making the largest cup possible, i've found myself refilling about once a week. I always find it’s a bit inconvenient when the water storage is located in the back, but not enough to be a deal breaker.
Keurig closed smoothly and easily punctured the pod without needing force.
Cons
The flavor from nespresso pods is bad. The lid is large and cumbersome. Water will drain into the bin when you do a rinse.

I am very happy with the product.
Unfortunately the build quality and quality control is lacking with this product.
As mentioned previously the brew quality is good but the overall materials quality does not represent instant brand.
Shipping
It heats up fast and brews fast.
It is very fast at warming the water!
Competitiveness
Espresso comes out with a decent froth / creme which isn’t a huge deal for me since i usually just add a shot of espresso to a kcup brew.
I was excited about this 2in1 product due to the unique combination of coffee making.
Now only if they made one that also could take vertuo pods.
A 2-in-1 seemed like a good solution.

I use the included reusable filter to make single servings of my own coffee rather than the waste of disposable kcups

It’s large reservoir means you aren’t having the added step of filing it every day

Also because it’s from instant you’re not restricted to keurig’s proprietarylicensed kcups and filters
