The taste is great, i have been drinking 2-3 glass a day along with body armor and water. I am some one who normally only drinks plain tea, but the taste is something i can deal with. Product is amazing tastes wonderful!

For hot tea you just use one tea bag per 8oz

I did notice when i drank a lot less of my other fluids that i normally drink daily i didnt produce as much so make sure you are still drinking plenty of other fluids that keep you hydrated to keep your milk up
