Gave it a 4 because i have not slept on it yet but the quality looks good.
Very pleased with the support and comfort!
There were 2 black marks on bottom not sure why but they did not affect quality.
Even the up graded medicare matresses that come with the drive beds are pretty thin and you feel the frame of the bed through them.
Packaging/appearance
I have only slept on the milliard gel memory mattress topper for 5 nights but so far, i have no complaints.
Packaging - checkcomes with cover and cover is already on - checkjust open, unroll, unfold trifold.
The nurses put a pad down on the sheet but it got moved so when there was an accident, it ruined the topper.
Competitiveness
I like that it has a protecter wish it was water proof.
Goes really well with my tri-fold memory foam mattress which is pretty firm.
We have a tempurpedic mattress that is almost 10 years old.
It made our tempurpedic mattress softer and cooler.

This was a great foam topper for our twin bed but although the removable cover is nicely made with a great zipper it doesnt protect the topper from moisture or staining and so the topper has to be thrown away

When you first open it and unroll it it says it takes up to 24 hours for it to regain its shape

I wouldnt even sleep on the new mattress until the topper arrived

Not sure how hot it is because the weather was quite chilly so will have to try it out in the summer to comment on that aspect
