Pros
Fits well under the sheet, doesn't move. Fills about 3/4 of the edge of a queen size bed so fits great. It also looks a lot better than traditional bedrails. They fit right under the fitted sheet.
One bumper sits between the side of the mattress and the wall to fill in the gap. They stay in place, even when he sleeps sideways on the bed. Great to protect any toddler from falling while sleeping on a regular bed.
They are soft, and he loves to lay next to them. It's soft and cushy, so if she rolls into it and bumps her head, it's like bumping a memory foam pillow. She even cuddles a little bit on them.
It really stays put, too. Hasn't budged. They stay in place which is awesome.
Cons
These were shrink wrapped for packaging purposes, but upon unwrapping them only 1 inflated. They are flat as a pancake - one is 1.

Material is high quality and feels soft.
These work great, fit under the sheets and waterproof mattress pad and she hasn’t fallen out of bed since putting them in.
Expands after several minutes and no fumes/smell.
I’m constantly fixing it or having to adjust it underneath the crib sheet because it moves out place.
Price
We probably could do the same thing with rolled blankets, but for the price these are great.
Packaging/appearance
It even came with a special tool to cut them out of the plastic packaging, which is more than i expected.
Opening the package i was very pleased there was absolutely no smell, and i am very sensitive to chemical smells.
Inflated well after taking it out of packaging (leave zipper open and set aside for 2-3 days).
It also inflated very quickly, i only waited about 10 hrs once i removed it from the packaging before installing and it was fully inflated.
