I think it is pricey but i am satisfied with the product.

It also shipped and arrived much faster than the original estimate, which was nice.
Packaging/appearance
A complete bed delivered in a box, this is a no brainer.
One tip- if possible remove mattress from shrink packaging the day beforeto allow the mattress to plump up before use.
Received the product in a proper box with the manual (it is super easy to follow).
