Certainly nothing as robust as the cable machines at the gym it is small in size and would be truly be hard to replace because the metal u is built into the ball

Dont know if its the builtin handles or what but if i toss it and spin it is sort of wonky useable but wonky

That said i use it for lying on my back and tossing it up and catching it for dynamic triceps chest and core training and the handles are only a mild nuisance i turn the ball to try and catch it away from the handles and im only tossing it up about two feet
