The cover material is plush and fluffy offering a luxurious softness. The washable cover is a plus. The only thing i don’t like is about 80% of one side of the cloth on the outside is covered with a satin "tag" with writing/instructions all over it.

Order this for my 91 yro mil. This one works nicely so far. Works great. Can't go wrong. This bad boy fits the bill!

It's actually softer than the pure enrichment luxe heating pad i purchased last month (for double the price) when my other one died as well. It gets pretty warm n toasty. I wish it got burning hot though.

Low is too mild and the medium is a little too hat. Smells like burning rubber.
