The rug is made in india and im not a wonk when it comes to labor and environmental issues however im happy to report the rug does appear to be made from natural materials but i can only hope that the labor hired to manufacture these rugs are treated humanely a matter of increasing concern as i get older and become more aware of the interconnectedness aka karma of it all thanks in part to the trump administration and the emphasis of being made in america im paying closer attention to these things despite ivankas clothing and accessory lines being mostly imported from china
