Pros & Cons
Pros
Monk fruit is an all natural ingredient. Bakes great and dissolves easily.
Monk sugar is expensive so i use it sparingly. This sugar substitute is super!
Love this product and its combination of erythritol and monk fruit. Found similar item at costco at just under $4. The price of the product is lower than some others which pleases me.
Cons
Buy nothing from amazon that is not returnable. There is no return so ur mo ey goes out the door. Flavor is off, and there is no way it is 1:1 in sweetness to sugar.

Great taste and it can be used 1 to1 when baking.
All of the bread and cookies i've made with this also rise unlike when baking with other artificial sweeteners.
Closest to real sugar i have ever had.
Price
Every bit as good as the higher priced one
I decided to try monkfruit on my quest for a natural, affordable zero calorie sweetener to bake with.
This is very pricey where i live, even for the smaller sizes.
Swerve tasted good but was just too pricey.
Shipping
I like that it is delivered to me and that you can get larger quantities than you can find in stores.
Very happy with the service and delivery.
Packaging/appearance
Fresh, nicely packaged, expensive, but more reasonable than others.
Seal broken on bag and monk fruit list in box and on table
