Its kind of like having a heating pad hovering close to your skin instead of actually on your skin

After a while on high i can get away with turning it down to medium and still feeling toasty but the low setting does nothing for me

The unit beeps when the time youve set is up so that does wake me up sometimes but its a good feature because its telling you time is up and its automatically turning the unit off

Also although you do have enough wiring length in between each foot so you dont feel like your feet are stuck together the wiring is still a bit awkward

Youll want to unplug the unit when its not in use

The first few times i left it plugged in and the controller that turns it on and off and regulates the temperature was still very warm even though the unit had not been on all day
