Pros
The flavor is fine, not bad, nothing special. The other features such as non-gmo and knowing it is sustainably harvested makes for a comfortable purchase. It is also gluten free.
Stop fretting about the very nice price. I’ve asked & now, i just accept the fact that this is good cacao powder at a lesser price. Millard's cacao is simply excellent excellent excellent.
This product delivers on cacao quality! The quality seems good and it is the most economical i have found on amazon. It is completely satisfactory for us and i recommend it.
Cons
There are grainy particles which does not dissolve. This cocoa flavor is weird. I had a * reaction to spit it out.

Otherwise it is a good value compared to the other brands especially if you are buying in bulk.
