I greatly enjoy mine and it comes exactly as it is shown on the page. If the plan is to quickly pull out a wanted form it is ideal. Mine is level and works as expected (bummer to read others having issues). Work as described.
Easy to assemble with good illustrated directions. As for setup, it comes with the screws needed to assemble, you just need a phillips screwdriver. It is a little wobbly, but not too annoying.

Item is awful. Do not order under any circumstance. The organizer has misaligned feet after assembly, meaning it wobbles.

Use common sense and dont try to cram a million heavy envelopes into the middle and top tiers or youll warp the mesh

However as this is obviously manufactured in the same facility as the 4drawer model its certainly possible that you might receive one that has similar defects

If desired the drawers do pull out but when pushed back in they do have a stopping point so they dont push completely thru the back
